For 2011, Major New Regulations from IATA and New Carrier Rules from FedEx :  (1) On January 10, 2011, Fedex will require that all Shipper’s Declarations of Dangerous Goods forms be printed with Software that furnishes “edit checks”, (2) IATA has renumbered and reformatted many of the Packing Instructions used in the Shipper’s Declarations of Dangerous Goods, (3) & there are significant changes in FedEx requirements for ground transport of dangerous goods.  For more information, please see “2011 IATA & FedEx Rule Changes” below.
